Street Performers at Katolička porta!

This year’s 25^th edition of the festival, which will be held on August 28^th and 29^th, is returning to its original locations in the city center. This year, its former location of Katolička Porta will once again be a meeting point for street performers from several European cities. 

During the two festival evenings, the Italian Duo Padella will perform, bringing an unusual combination of circus performances, improvisation and pure fun intended for all ages. The combination of punk, percussions, and circus skills has been a source of laughter and delight from the audiences for ten years.

Coming from Mexico, El Nopalito Clown is bringing a theatrical performance that includes clowning and juggling and is based on improvisation, which means that each performance is unique and unpredictable. The clown on stage draws inspiration from the environment and the audience, creating a dynamic and interactive atmosphere.

The Italian band from Brescia Rusty Brass Band is returning to the streets of Novi Sad bringing the dominant sound of trombones, trumpets, drums and tubas.

The international program at the location near Katolička Porta will be completed by the Teatro Due Mondi from Italy with the performance FIESTA, in which the actors tell small burlesque stories, inspired by the works of Gabriel García Márquez.

The Festival of Street Musicians – Gradić Fest 2025 is organized by the Art Association “Inbox” from Novi Sad, with the patronage of the City of Novi Sad and the Provincial Secretariat for Culture, Public Information and Relations with Religious Communities
