Goran Tomić Trio (Rijeka/Croatia)

This excellent and interesting musician is coming to Gradić from the northern Adriatic, where he settled after many travels around the world. He was educated in flamenco style, but he enriched his Spanish experience by visiting various European cities as a travelling artist and building his artistic style in the direction of ethno world music.

After his studies in the heart of flamenco culture, in Seville, he performed many times in Cadiz and Madrid, and then he moved to Ireland, which became his base from where he travelled as a street musician to France, England and Germany… The return to his birthplace in 2017 marked a new beginning and a seemingly more stable career, with his trio, which combines flamenco, jazz and Balkan ethno influences. Besides him, on the guitar, the trio comprises Edin Botić, on the percussions, and Sebastijan Demark, on the contrabass. This trio’s hot, emotional and virtuosic performance is a true invitation for all the fans of guitar art to visit Gradić at the end of the summer and abandon themselves to a real treat.
