Terms and Conditions of The Competition
This is important for you to know.
1. By submitting your application for the competition, you shall agree to the following terms:
- All music you sent as demo material and all live performances at the Festival 2014, will be broadcast on the radio and television and posted on the website and Facebook profile of the Street Musicians Festival;
- You have to be available for the Festival 2014;
2. All participants in the competition will be notified of the competition results no later than 1st July, 2014. The Street Musicians Festival will take place in Novi Sad in the period between 4th and 6th September, 2014.
All performers selected for this year`s Festival shall:
- Be informed about the exact date of their performance;
- Have to cooperate with a stage manager, meet all health and security requirements and work with safe equipment;
- Not be allowed to exceed the time limit envisaged for their performance by the Festival organisers.
- Have to be aware of the fact that their performances will be recorded in audio and video formats. The participants shall need to agree that the
Festival will be entitled to use all recordings in all media, including but not limited to the television, radio and the Internet, without further negotiations and financial compensation (which are subject to royalty payment to the performers by SOKOJ (Serbia Music Authors Organisation));
3. All performers participating in the Festival shall be given a rider list of technical equipment provided by the Festival. All additional equipment necessary for the performance, the performers shall provide themselves.
The organiser of the Festival shall make every effort to provide a successful performance of performers participating in the Street Musicians Festival 2014. The Festival shall reserve the right to cancel a performance in some specific cases without prior consultation.
